All orders ship from Europe (EU warehouses).

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods, including seasonal sales or collection releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Standard worldwide Shipping is available on orders of $500 or more

  • Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping on orders of $500 or more

  • Express Shipping is always a paid upgrade, regardless of order value

 

Customs Duties, VAT & Import Fees (Important)

All orders ship from Europe.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and carrier handling fees assessed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

  • Shipping speed does not affect customs charges

  • Ciao Elite Couture is not the importer of record.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Ciao Elite Couture is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Retain all original packaging and items

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

  • Our team will assist if additional documentation is required
