Placing an order is simple. Just select your size on any product page and click ‘Add to Cart’.

You can search by category under our Shop menu or by designer. Use filters to narrow down size, color, or product type. You can also search by keywords or product codes in the search bar in the top right corner.
Yes. Only available sizes and styles are shown. Please note: items in your cart are not reserved and may sell out before you complete your checkout.
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
 
Yes. Ciao Elite Couture is fully encrypted and secured using SSL. All orders go through a fraud-protection system to ensure your safety.
You will first receive an email confirming that your order was received. Once your payment is approved, shipping address verified, and items confirmed, we will send a second email with your tracking number when your order ships.
We ship using global partners like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a unique tracking number via email. You can use this to check your delivery status at any time.
To exchange an item, simply return it for a refund or store credit, then place a new order. Credit is issued quickly so you can reorder without delay.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You then have up to 30 days to return the item in unused, original condition with tags. See our Returns Policy for complete details.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations for more information.

Yes. All products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from our trusted European supplier, each item is carefully curated to meet the highest standards of designer fashion.
No. All applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no surprise fees at delivery. We use Shopify Managed Markets to ensure seamless, tax-inclusive international transactions.
Orders are fulfilled directly from our European warehouse partners. This allows us to provide access to a global inventory while maintaining fast, efficient shipping.

Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Final Sale items are not returnable. To initiate a return, email concierge@ciaoelitecouture.com with your order number.
