What qualifies for a claim?

Lost packages (no tracking updates for 7+ days)

Stolen deliveries (marked delivered but not received – after checking with neighbors and your local post office)

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

For stolen packages, a police report may be requested depending on the value.

If Navidium Protection was not purchased at checkout, this claim may be denied.

This protection does not cover orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
After Submission
Once your claim is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team will review your case and respond via email with the next steps.
If approved, your order will be replaced or refunded as per the policy.
